Most allowances pause that feature until your next monthly reset, and you can upgrade at any time for a higher allowance. Search is the exception: when your Scry searches are used up, search keeps working with keyword results. Your saved decks and collection are never affected by monthly allowances.
Nothing is ever deleted. Every deck and every card you own stays intact, readable, and editable. If you are over the limits of your new plan, you simply cannot create new decks or add new cards past those limits until you are back under them or upgrade again. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Yes. You can cancel at any time, no support ticket required. You keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase, you receive a prorated refund. After 14 days the year is non-refundable but stays active until it ends.
No. Monthly allowances reset in full at each reset, and unused amounts do not carry over. Saved decks and collection size work differently: they are account totals that never reset.
Allowances reset once a month on your personal anniversary, not on the first of the calendar month. On a paid plan, that anniversary is the day you subscribed. On the Free plan, it is the day you created your account. Reset times shown in the app are in your local time zone.
