Your Mana Grove subscription is fully self serve: you can view, change, or cancel it yourself, no support ticket needed.
Plans at a glance
Mana Grove has five plans: Free, Starter, Plus, Pro, and Unlimited. Every plan includes the full deck builder, format legality checks, and mana statistics. Paid plans raise your monthly allowances (Grover AI messages, Scry AI searches, Tutor AI recommendations, and combo detections) and your account totals (saved decks and collection size).
Current prices and allowances are always on the Pricing page, shown in your local currency where we offer one: CAD, EUR, GBP or USD. Canadian and US prices are plus applicable taxes; euro and pound prices include VAT. Annual billing gets you 12 months for the price of 10. The Pricing page's FAQ answers the most common plan questions, so it is worth a read before changing anything.
Where to manage your plan
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
- Open the Plan & billing section. Your current plan, billing interval, and next allowance reset date are shown here.
- Click Manage billing to open the billing portal, which holds your invoices and payment methods.
- Click Cancel plan to cancel. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Click Change plan (or View plans and upgrade) to move between plans.
Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
- Upgrades take effect right away, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at your next billing date; you keep your current plan until then.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan.
Changing plans never deletes anything. Every deck and every card in your collection stays intact, readable, and editable. If you end up over the limits of a smaller plan, you simply cannot create new decks or add new cards past those limits until you are back under them or upgrade again.
If a payment fails
When a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active during a short grace period (currently 3 days) while we retry. Update your payment method in the billing portal during that window to keep the plan. If the payment still cannot be collected, your account moves to the Free plan; you can resubscribe at any time. See Billing, Receipts & Refunds for the details, including the annual-plan refund window.
